By accessing or using BulkHulk (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

BulkHulk provides free, browser-based image tools that process your files entirely on your own device. No account is required and we do not upload or store your images. The Service is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with images you own or have the right to use. You must not use the Service to process illegal, infringing or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the Service.

You retain all rights to the images you process. Because everything happens locally in your browser, we never receive, store or claim any rights over your files.

The BulkHulk name, brand, website design and code are owned by us or our licensors. Open-source components used by some tools are governed by their own licenses, credited on the relevant pages.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements. Always keep backups of important files.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BulkHulk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
